Our terms and conditions may change from time to time without notice to you.  Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on this website.  It is the responsibility of the customer to check whether any changes have been made to these terms and conditions.

When buying any machinery or goods on line our acceptance of the contract between you and R-E-S Tractors Limited will take place when we notify you of the anticipated despatch date of the goods you have purchased.  The completion of the contract between you and R-E-S Tractors Limited will take place on the despatch to you of the goods you have ordered.

R-E-S Tractors Limited reserves the right to decline an order.  We will notify you via email or telephone if we are unable to accept your order.  Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: -

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock - if this is the case we will inform you of an expected delivery date so that you can decide whether or not you still wish to proceed with your purchase

• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
• Customer order cancellations must be received within three days of placing an order.  An order cancellation may levy an administration charge which could be deducted from the refund due to you.

All our prices (where stated) include Value Added Tax.  Buyers from VAT zero rated zones should contact us by telephone (01949 861615) for further guidance.  All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.  You will notice that some machinery, especially new machines, do not have a quoted price.  Please telephone our office (01949) 861615 and speak to our Sales Department to discuss the final price including any extras you may require.

Payment methods currently accepted are: -

Payments will be processed via the telephone at the current time and processed via our in house Streamline system.

We also obviously accept cash, cheques (these need to clear before the despatch of any goods) and bank direct transfers.  We will supply our banking details upon request in this respect.

All posted items will be packaged carefully (where applicable) and will arrive by courier and will need to be signed for in order to give us proof of delivery.

Where a machine is concerned we will contact you direct to discuss a convenient delivery date and time.  For smaller items (including small mowers) our delivery time would usually be 3-5 working days provided the item ordered is in stock.  Our customers will also be contacted by telephone in this respect to discuss a convenient date and time for delivery.  All mowers will usually arrive fully built up and ready to use.

Our new machinery will have been through our workshop and will be covered by a manufacturers guarantee.  Any guarantee on second-hand machinery will be as negotiated at the time of sale.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to issue a refund upon receipt, or exchange the item, if preferred. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and therefore we recommend that you send it back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the goods.  In respect of machinery, transport will need to be arranged and if you prefer to viaise direct with us initially concerning this transport please do so.
